| My book says 29 psi in the front and 33 psi in the rear tyre unless carrying some weight (eg. pillion) then its 36 psi in the rear. |

| I go by the mfg recommendations. The Hoops were 29 f/ 36 r, Metzler Feel Free 38 f/ 38 r. I am now on my 4th set. I have Pirelli Diablos at 38 f/ 38 r.
I liked the Metzlers wore my rear tire down to the chords. I drove just under 11,000 miles on that one. Should of changed it before my October Falling Leaf rally down in Potosi, MO last fall. I learned my expensive lesson. Won't do that again. Changed to the Pirelli's about 3 weeks ago. So far so good. The front tires seem to last longer. But I usually change both at the same time.
I think I will try the new Michellin's that have come out for scooters next time.

| Whatever brand I have used I seem to go thru two back tires to one front. The Pirelli's seemed to have the best grip in wet weather but also wore out the fastest. I also would like to try the new Michellin's. |

| I usually just pump mine up to whatever the manufactures max pressure are ,I don't like the feel of a flabby tire , also if a tire is low or starts to go flat I can feel it .... |

| Power Pure SC? I actually enjoy them at 40psi, front&rear. Noticed slower rear tire wear, and I like the sportier ride.

| I put new hoops on a couple of weeks ago. After 600mls i think they are bedded in. I never have any problems with 29 front 33 rear. Consider, that, in the UK if you are in any kind of accident the police will check your tyre pressures, if they are not at recommended pressures your insurance could be awkward about paying out, no matter who is to blame.

| I also use the Honda recommended tyre pressures for Bridgestone Hoops for solo riding and only increase the pressures when Mrs M's riding along with me. I've never had any problems either.
