Hi I've been a scooterist all my life, I just love Lambrettas and still have several including the LD150 that I bought when I was 17.
I stopped riding for a while when I had kids and then got into big bikes as well as scooters.
At present in my Garage I have
CBR 1100xx Blackbird
GSXR 1000 K4
Fireblade 918
Gilera Runner 180 2t
12 Lambrettas various models

My newest bike is a 2004 Silverwing with 20K on the clock. It looks like new and is a beautiful dark blue.

I have been looking at Silverwings for a while ever since my partner bought an S-Wing 125. I toyed with the idea of getting a Pantheon 250 but decided they looked a bit dated and the thought of 600cc won over 250cc.
I love the site and have used it to help remove the wheels for new rubber, put in a sidelight bulb , check the coolant and adjust the hand brake.
I need to find out the best sequence for bleeding the brakes but seem unable to find it any where.

welcome  I tried looking at bleeding and brake fluid in the search box. While there were several threads, I don't know that they would help you. You might take a look.

Hornblower, i changed my brake fluids recently, if you have so many machines it is no different to any other machine. Nothing special is needed. Oh! and welcome to the forum.Smile

The only difference you might notice is that on the SWing the rear brake is linked to the front,so you will need to identify the appropriate bleed nipple on the front calliper & change fluid to there before bleeding at the rear calliper.

Edit : Just checked .... the LOWER nipple is for the combined rear brake
