I did join and I did buy!

Today is the day, I bought a 2011 Silverwing. Naturally I took it out for a 50 miler, get the oil warmed up etc. I couldn't believe how smooth it is and the amount of wind protection. As the manual says I rode conservatively but did hit 60 now and then. The lack of vibrations is wonderful.
I'm anxious to do a 200 miler but in due time. The positive comments and affections for the marque shown by the members of this forum was a big help in me making up my mind! Thank you

Congrats and your new SWing and I'm sure you will love it. I had mine for 7 years and it was great. You may have to get a new aftermarket windshield but everyone does really. It is a very smooth bike and powerful. Many times I was going down the interstate doing 80 mph and thought I was only doing the speed limit.

Congrats on the purchase of your new Silver Wing.There are many of this site that can help you with any modifications you may want to do later.It is a nice ride, so ride the wheels off of it.
