The problem with removing the lower outer race is that it is larger diameter than the top race, so cannot be hit with a straight drift. No need to spend a fortune on the Honda tool, get a short length of 20mm x 20mm x 3mm (3/4"x3/4"x1/8") cut a notch, close & weld, then cut to the same approximate angle as pictured, pop it in from the top of the tube, tap & rotate, job's a good un
