| There might be a buyer for the fork springs, there's a lad on the Muppets that recently bought a used Silver Wing that has HyperPro fork springs fitted and he really dislikes them. He was asking round if any Silver Wing owners had a OE set he could buy. |

| I would like to see the clutch bell please.
Mine is scored beyond repair although I'm having to ride the bike anyhow.
Do you have the tool to remove it? and if so, could you take pics?. That would be a real improvement for my 2001 SW.
Also, how are the brake discs? oh, and the RH side handlebar cover?
Please let me know
Thanks |

| Hi siataukreg,
I could do with a pair or forks as long as they're in good nick. Both my seals have gone and one slider is quite badly scored. Not sure on the other one but the seal has gone.
Oh, and the variator cover? I managed to crack mine after dropping the SWing 15 miles after buying it!
Cheers,
Rog |

| Thanks for that siatuakreg.
Could you post a pic of the 2007 drum that you have? As long as there are no signs of scoring, it should be OK.
If not, maybe you could try to get the other one off using your puller although I've heard that regular pullers may distort the bell/drum.
What do you think? |
