Having lived//worked/ridden in S Korea----SilverWing maybe too big for Korean conditions---Bikes/scooter could not use Freeways (toll), so 125 just fine and easier in heavy traffic.

I bought new Dealim 125 and it worked just fine---I lived in country, where for maybe 7-8 miles could use its 60-65mph top speed.....if I didn't hit a red light.
