| Uncle blinggy has a question for any of my brothers with a good answer. I AINT GONNA SPEND 230.00 AGAIN FOR PIAAS!!!! God yes I love em but not this time around. My question is to you brother electric guru's is, Since im not spending 230.00 for a set of piaas I found a nice set of 55 w bulb each light at WALLYWORLD FOR 30.00 Of course its not pia quality but I dont care. The piaa set has a relay in the kit and the wallyworld set aint got no relay in the kit. I can buy a relay and put one in line but alot easyer to do the install without the relay. so FLOOD ME WITH ANSWERS is a Relay really important fo a light install on the bike?? I do know that when I ran my 3 coolant fans on my transam 2 on 1 switch and a single on the other with no relays in line talk bout a dddddddduuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh moment when I used the fans the switches back's literally melted from the heat from the draw of the fans let alone the wires were red hot TOTAL STUPIDITY ON MY PART I FORGOT TO PUT RELAYS IN LINE I was so overwhelemd in building the car. So Im afrade that these lights might do the same thing my fans did to my transam. funny I can build a car and here I am asking a question like this BUT I WANNA BE SURE BEFORE I DO THE LIGHT INSTALL. Ill wait to see what the consesnus is on my question fom you guys, Thanks alot my brother much love from the blingmeister aka uncle blinggy :-) |

| Eddie, ditto the recommendation on DennisB's light bar. I changed over from having my lights mounted down on the fork where the reflectors were, and the light bar is a much better location for your lights. |
