Hi all. Just bought a gently used 09 Swing in fast burgundy. I'd been considering one for a couple years, and actually gone through a few other scooters and motorcycles the last few years. Today I traded my Kymco 250 scooter in on this one. So far so good, this is a huge step up from the Kymco.

Thanks. So far today put about 70 miles on it. The only thing I haven't liked about it was the stock windshield. 20 minutes after getting home I put an order in at TwistedThrottle for a Givi replacement.

Vic,

Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy it. The stock windshield is not good at all if you are over 5'2" so an aftermarket shield is a must really. If the Givi is too tall for you it is possible to cut them down a bit too. I did this, although I did a bad job, but others have done it really good. I sit up high and it was still a tad too tall for me.

I'm sure you will enjoy the SWing since it will take you anywhere you want to go in comfort and is more than powerful enough for the mountains too..2 up. Welcome.

I'm 6' tall. I don't mind tall windshields.... I'm tall enough that I can always find a way to look over it if I need to.

Probably will not do too much 2-up riding on this, as my wife prefers to be her own driver. She's driving a Morphous. Though once I get the shield replaced, she may want to drive the Swing a bit more.
