may i know is there any particular reason why my fuel consumption is higher as compared to other same model. can you please let me have an answer if you know the reason. thank you and regards

With the information you've given, I have no idea. You might want to check the appendage attached to your right arm. Smile Oh, and welcome to the forum. You might try the search function and enter milage to see what others are actually getting. The usual causes of lower mpg are restricted filter (clean or replace), plugs ( clean or replace) or a dirty fuel delivery system (usually helped with a quality fuel system additive).

Also, in 2008 Honda added an Oxygen sensor to the exhaust system. My 2009 has it and it seems to improve fuel economy.
