Good morning, I am currently on a overnight camping trip and found that I am not getting any power to the 12v power outlet, I have checked both sets of fuses under the seat area and all fuses look ok but is there any other fuses to check when I get back home.I made a bridge between the battery and male socket so both sat nav and mobile phone are both fully charged. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but I only have access to and FSC wiring diagram which differs from the FJS. That said, I would meter test those fuses; they may appear good but still be OPEN. If need be you could also bypass an individual fuse with a short piece of wire to see if the power outlet functions. I wouldn't leave a fuse bypassed very long without tracing the initial cause of the fuse failure though.

Thanks for the reply. I Intend to look at and test all the fuses when I get home. I am not in any hurry to repair the fault but I will be wanting to use the power outlet within a few weeks. I will also take out the glove box and check if I am getting power up to the socket .

If you want you can check for power on the road by purchasing a inexpensive test light, grounding it and touch the other end into the center of the lighter.Just touch the center or you will blow the fuse There is no need to take the glove box out at this time.. The most popular reason for lack of continuity is at the connections. When ever possible always solder the connections. Howard
