| Does anyone have any idea how to fix a broken compartment latch? My Swing's left compartment can't stay opened at all; I think the plastic part must have been broken. It locks up fine though. |

| IIRC It’s a flat metal spring somewhere on that left hinge. It will be tedious to get to. You’ll need a right angel phillips head screwdriver to reach in & up to remove that screw from the hinge. Good luck. I’ve never been successful in doing that. But have always resorted to waiting until I had the entire front cover (fairing) OFF for some other reason and then removed that entire left cubby pocket to access that cubby lid screw. |

Sounds like it's going to be a tough one to fix. But thanks for the advice, I will see what I can do |
